"This group has been utterly priceless for me! It feels like a safe space to learn and explore your skills relating to ACT. The group has been incredibly diverse with a wide range of abilities - it is a wealth of support and information."  - Sarah Baxter, Psychiatric Nurse, UK

"It was a very inclusive experience where we got to share and discuss our learnings in a safe space and to connect with others who were also trying to get the best from ACT Therapy. We were encouraged to discuss complex issues and also work with each other, one-on-one, in break-out rooms while working on one chapter in a session - a great idea so that we could focus on the topic. I would strongly recommend all ACT newbies and experts to participate in these sessions as the takeaways are very useful."  - Usha Krishnamurthy, Counsellor - India

"Highly recommended if you want to learn more about ACT, meet an amazing group of coaches, and have a structured way of working through the book ACT Made Simple 2nd Ed. A great place to learn about ACT tools and about yourself."  - Olof Ekman, Germany
